Drawing on twenty years of recruitment experience, Matthew worked for twelve years with Michael Page in London, Tokyo and Abu Dhabi. He then joined a privately owned recruitment firm in Dubai where he played a key role in its rapid growth for 6 years. 

Matthew has a truly global network and has recruited across all sectors, gaining a reputation for high quality and candidate care.

Matthew has a broad and multinational background, having spent his childhood in both Britain and Australia. He earned a BSc (Hons) from Durham University in the UK and then traveled briefly before moving into the field of recruitment.
