Our industry leading client are currently looking to expand their team and add a talented and experienced Tax professional to their growing team. Within the role of Senior Associate you will get the opportunity to help our clients solve their complex business issues from start to end. You will also assist in the mentoring and coaching of our trainees building a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a challenging, evolving, and diverse client portfolio with opportunities for progression into managing your own portfolio.
- Embracing digital transformation within our business and driving innovation in our day-to-day operations and client services. Our Global Mobility business places a strong emphasis on leveraging technology for solutions and advice.
- Contributing to the ongoing management of client relationships through direct daily interaction with key clients, including involvement in business development and various consultancy projects.
- Collaborating with teams, reporting to experienced senior managers, directors, and partners.
- Focusing on the development of your own career within our growing Global Mobility tax practice, providing opportunities for progression, specialization, and travel.
- Mentoring, coaching, and supporting the development of trainees, fostering a culture of high performance to make a difference and achieve results.
- Being an integral part of the enjoyable working environment of the Global Mobility team and serving as an advocate for our continuous learning culture.
Qualifications
- Possessing at least 3 years of experience in tax consulting.
- AITI/CTA part/qualified (or aspiring to become qualified) with a strong academic background.
- Demonstrating business acumen by utilizing a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current market trends and assisting clients in making innovative business decisions.
- Exhibiting relationship management skills, including the ability to read situations and adjust behavior to build diverse and high-quality relationships.
- Showcasing creativity by contributing new ideas and proposing innovative solutions to problems.
- Possessing excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Being an enthusiastic team player with a passion for coaching and encouraging others to reach their potential.
- Demonstrating ambition and a strong commitment to personal learning and development.
